All good things must come to an end....
I think it's fair to say that this has been one of the most gut wrenching and emotional decisions I've made in life so far, but after Feb. 4th, I will no longer be at Kinsler Fuel Injection.
I'll still be active here in my new position and my primary responsibilities will continue to be providing hard-core tech advice and support, specifically for this industry, it's just going to be on a much wider scale. I'll elaborate in the near future, but it's not appropriate here & now.
The primary purpose of this post is to emphasize: If we have projects in the works that will exceed that date, I've negotiated a C.O.I. waiver to ensure my involvement to completion, regardless of the time frame. I absolutely will not leave anyone "hanging."
I'm extremely proud, humbled, and flattered to have worked with you guys, and hope to continue to do so in my new position. It's amazing for me to reflect on the last 9 years here; I went from reading about some of you in magazines to actually nurturing myself into a position to provide help.... you can't imagine how gratifying it's been for me.
Before this gets too sappy, I just want to thank everyone I've worked with here. You guys have provided me with one truly amazing and unforgettable ride.
Sincerely,
Scott Cole

Just an update:
My transition out of KFI is progressing and as of today, any e-mails to scott@kinsler.com will be redirected to another tech at KFI named Earl. So please excuse any delay in response to pm's and e-mails - but rest assured, no one will "slip through the cracks."
Earl will taking over my "Honda" related responsibilities at KFI and I couldn't think of a better guy to do so. Little background: Earl has been at KFI for over three decades, has owned Hondas since the seventies, is one of the first tuners in the country to work with aftermarket EFI, and taught me more than I ever thought I could learn about race engines. He's responsible for a lot of the tech I've posted here and carries a wealth of knowledge, so please trust that the torch is being passed on to the best hands.
