Default problem with lights on 91 ef

i am having problems with my back tail lights not working. The wiring looks just fine, Ive replaced the bulbs and still nothing. The brake lights work, but there aren't any lights on when my foot is off the break. Also my dash lights aren't on anymore, only lights that show up is the lights that show when the brake is on. Im guessing this might be a fuse problem? but i am not sure, im semi new to all this car stuff, this is my first built up car, so any help would be appreciated!

thanks!

Check your fusebox inside the car. There's one in the car usually in the inside by the driver side. There is also a main fuse box check that too. Please make sure you check the right amp voltage. Ex.. if it said 30 make sure 30 is on the right spot. Other than that check ground connection. I had a similar problem, and mine was because my ground wire kept coming loose. Good luck

The fuse that controls that is the box under the dash. Mine went and fried the wiring a bit too.
