Hey guys,
I searched the sticky DIY threads.... mainly were for carbon fiber or abs crack repairs... I have an OEM 2000 Civic SI front lip I want to repair... not cracked or anything, just scuffed up on the underside and some small gouges in it from previous owner scraping. I am painting the entire car soon and need to know what type of filler is okay to use on the OEM Honda material on the front lower lip, also the prep process for it.
Also, have a little gouge on the OEM rear bumper, what type of filler is okay to use in this situation that will adhere to OEM bumpers, etc.
Thanks in advance.

some pic's would be nice but if it just deep scratches sand over the top of them with some abrasive grit like 80 then lay down some body filler then sand till smooth..pretty easy peasy bud
I have used 3m auto mix panel bonding adhesive with honda bumpers before, fill the crack and make sure u have a jig ready to keep the crack tightly closed, as added precaution i back the crack with some thin aluminum sheet metal glued over the crack, the glue is easily sanded down after dried
