Heres the info I found. Iam going to be doing this but need to know what years acura legend brake calipers are applicable to this Mod.
Heres the write up:

Well guys...you'll be glad to hear that it isn't necessary to hunt down those scarce EX knuckles to upgrade to 10.2" brakes. This bolts onto the non-EX 88-91 Civic/CRX knuckles!
Want to know how it's done?
Read on below to discover the beauty of the Jonathan Mod
Parts list:
'91 Civic EX Brake rotors...same as 92-95 Civic Sedan rotors ($14.99 each at Pep Boys; probably cheaper at AutoZone)
Accord Wagon Brake Calipers (will be stamped 17CL15VN; ~$50 rebuilt at Pep Boys). These are the exact same calipers as the ITR, Legend, Prelude VTEC etc. Great stopping power!
Accord Wagon, Prelude VTEC (etc) Brake Caliper mount stamped 25T (a 23T bracket exists, but I can't promise you it will work). This is what came stock on the Accord Wagon.
1/8" wheel spacer OR grind ~1/8th" (2.5-3mm) off of the caliper mounting bracket. If you are familiar with the 11" brake upgrade, this is the same modification necessary.
Im asking because i have a acura legend front clip and at least 4 or 5 claipers from off the legend at my buddies shop i could use for this. Someone also said something about a VW rotor, integra calipers, and FB bracket kit but i couldnt find any prices on the bracket kit. Im more interested on using the legend calipers cause I have them.
Edit: I found the FB bracket kit and im not paying 300$ + for that. I have parts already all i may need to do is get rotors. Just need to make sure i have the right rotors.

I "think" it is 91-95. I am running 94 or 95 calipers.
Why do you want to do this though?
I have to grind the brake pads down so they don't rub the rotor hats. It annoying, but it works. I probably could have gotten the same stopping power by running a little better pads with the stock brakes and getting stickier tires.

PLanning on running autox when my car is complete but better stopping power isnt bad especially when you already have most of the parts. And what do u mean by grinding down the pads to not rub the rotor hats?
I have the Calipers to do this swap to mine but have not started it yet with the legend calipers the biggest difference everyone has told me about the swap is that since you have such a bigger pad to the sweeping pass you get a killer stopping power I'm going to run ebc pads on mine when I do it with a good set of rotor blanks from a 93 teg...
please before you do the swap do some test measure some place outa town or something where you can do 60mph and measure your breaking distance before and after and let us know im really interested in the results from this swap, i will be moving up from HF rotors to this so should be night and day for me
