ef9 brake problems

Icon6 ef9 brake problems

for some reason when im in the freeway my front right hand brake starts brakeing with out me pressing on the pedal.when i go to brake that wheel shakes too crazy.please help

Could be an axle.. Could be rotor runout..

axles are new and disc have been turned.how do i re build my calipers?

sounds like that caliper is stuck or something else is stuck.

The shaking may be due to excessive heat buildup due to the sticking.

Flush the braking system with new fluid, bleed the system and make sure you are getting similar fluid output from each caliper and the action is smooth.

How far above minimum are your rotors after being turned?
Turning your rotors will make them heat faster due to being thinner.
As for rebuilding your calipers I would say if you have to ask it is probably not something you should be doing and would suggest you buy good working ones or get rebuilt from the parts-store.

Try what was suggested first with the bleeding and new fluid and then get back to us for more things to try if that does not work.

Also check that there is free play in the pedal and adjust the pedal height if not.

Thanks for the info guys.do I changed the rotors and still gave the same problem next to do is buy new calipers and bleed the system.thanks
