The coolant lines are there for the Fast Thermal Idle Valve(FITV) to help control idle at cold start up. Skunk2 TB eliminates that and your car will idle alot lower with the S2 TB cause there's no more FITV when the engine is running cold.

Just get some coolant hoses and re-loop the coolant back into the passages. I believe thats what I did with mine. I forgot.

What size TB do you have? Mine's a 68mm TB with my upper plenum portmatched by rosko. Made a difference too.

I recommend you buy Rosko's TB Thermal Gasket. If fits nicely too @ www.roskoracing.com. Email him.

68mm like u got on here for 100 bucks like new. l got gasket with it and portmatched myself. lm at last bit of swap so l kinda gave up for now l have like a 1/8 left to grind to perfectly match but whats that gonna hurt. when l do camshafts and gears and upgrade fuel pump ill finish but it will do for now

Short Ram will do just fine. Go 3" intake piping; thats what I have now. You can get them off ebay and run a quality filter. Or you can do the filter clamp onto the TB and I forgot if you'll gain lowend or what but yeah.

How can you just bypass the Iac valve do you have to change the ecu or tune it out for that?
