Well I just got it back from the dealer this week after the pulley snapped off and now I'm on my way to work this morning cruising down the highway nice and warm inside with the heat on, then suddenly the car feels cold inside, by the time I look at the temp gauge its all the way past the Hot symbol, pull over right away and coolant is everywhere. the spillout tank was completely full, and I didn't know what the hell happened. Long story short I turned the car on and off twice and after the second start the temp level for some reason stayed in the center all the way back to work, I filled up the rad with water during work, and on the way home it was perfect???

Thermostat has to be bad so since I'm new to k series, where is it and how easy is it to remove?

 

Did you get any CEL light codes?

nope nothing, had to be the weirdest thing, and now the cars running fine, but i still wanna change it out.
