Will the fenders, bumpersupport, and bumper cover from a 90 Crx bolt up on a 91 hatch and line up?

Yeah Ive done a lot of research on it and everywhere I've seen says it's a straight bolt up but you need the little black piece on the bottom of the crx fender or else you'll have a gap and to make it look really good you need to cut and weld the bottom half of your hatch fender to it.. Do some research though not hard
