crx won't start. help!
I have a 1991 crx si. motor is a 1.5 v-tech with an si trans. i bought it recently. drives and ran great. i did an alternator. i seafoamed and it cleaned out the car and ran even better. i did wires and oil and it drove for a couple days then i parked it. i went out the next day or two and it wouldn't start. the car did sit for prob 3-6 months before i bought it. yes the plugs are old and shot so i figured i'd check them. i wire brushed them and dried them out to see if they'd get it to start and nothing. fuel pump primes. has gas. cranks fast and it tries to catch then it gives up and continues cranking..... ANY IDEAS???? maybe distributer??? the oil change i did was castrol synthetic blend and i was thinking maybe the car is rejecting it but i drove it like 20 or 30 miles after i did the change and it sat and ran for a while after the change.

Sounds like you are getting gas but just not enough. I would change out the fuel filter and distributor cap and rotor. Even if you hear your main relay click it doesn't mean that it's activating your fuel pump.
the car is getting enough gas. trust me u can smell it like crazy. yes i the fuel pump is priming, i havent done the distributer but who knows maybe its it. cause its getting spark so
getting spark + fuel + proper timiming= running.
check the dizzy rotor screw (remove the 3 copper 8mm screws on the dizzy cap, slide dizzy cap off. check screw on the rotor) <~ simple check
any codes?
