Default Tire size suggestions

so i just bought some 15x7 wheels with a +40 offset and i was just wondering what size tire would be best to not rub under hard cornering and normal driving but to still keep that low look and not have an extreme amount of sidewall.

Thanks bro
They are going on my 4 door and i just wanted to make sure i ordered the right tires.
Any specific brand of tire that i should stay away from?
I previously have kuhmo ecstas and they lasted a long time but just didnt do it for me in the handling department
