If your tuned for 14psi you need a map sensor. Stock maps can't read above 10.5 psi.

Seller sold me a GSR tranny with a destroyed input shaft bearing. Hopefully it didn't wipe out anything else inside. Not willing to help out with any type of refund. Telling me that any tranny you buy will have some sort of problem. So I just bought a $500 gsr tranny that's going to cost me another 100-150 to fix. Thanks a lot Chad

Transmission was working flawless before it was pulled. I called and tried to be reasonable as honest and understanding as possible.. It sucks buying used parts like a motor or transmission sometimes.. but there are no guarantees .. you still have your upgraded gear set. and not too mention that i threw in the ITR flywheel for incentive.

PS: the flywheel cost me $150. So there you go.

I was thinking about working something out, but seeing how rash and quickly you decide to bash me.. and the childish signature i see. you made your bed then..

first thing i did was call my buddy and ask him if he remembered what you said. and absolutely he recalled that you had stated "the first thing when you get home the transmission was going to be torn apart and rebuilt"

My integrity remains strong.

Once again you don't realize how a transmission works. Hell you didn't even know how to take it off the motor or the shift linkage. You can clearly tell when talking with you that you don't know anything about cars. That also makes it hard in this situation because you can't comprehend what I'm saying.YOU CAN DRIVE ON A TRANNY WITH A BAD INPUT SHAFT BEARING SO YES IT WOULD SHIFT. IT STILL ****ING BROKEN THOUGH AND NEEDS REPLACED. You can drive a car that has cracked ring lands but they are still broken and need fixed. Secondly you weren't being reasonable at all. You told me I'm **** out of luck and you weren't going to help. Just like you stated in this thread. Nobody is bashing you. I'm making people aware of my situation with you. Fix the problem and I'll let everyone know you're a stand up guy and resolved the issue. Don't fix it and I and all my friends on H-T will pop up in every thread you start and make sure people know how you are as a seller. That's bad for business if you ask me. The flywheel was part of the negotiated price so don't act like you gave me a present for free. If I just wanted a gear set then I would of bought that. I purchased what I had been told was a low mileage gsr transmission that worked great. That's not what you sold me at all. You and your friend are both retarded. I had a friend that was there also. He knows what I said. So does my friend who works on transmissions. Cause I told him I'd bring it over once I got back in town.I said first thing I was going to do was have my friend tear the tranny apart to make sure it was in fact a gsr tranny. Nothing was mentioned about a rebuild. Why would I spend $500 on a tranny just to rebuild it?????????? That's just stupid. You entered into a verbal agreement which is a binding contract. So with my witness' it will hold up in small claims court if it has to go that far.
We can do it the hard way. I have your name and number. With that I can get your address. You already told me the fairgrounds are your back yard literally. You drive a black ek hatch with 17" black drag wheels. I know where your friend lives since I was there. Driving back to Carlisle isn't out of the question for me. It's only 1.5hrs away from me. I go to the car show every May also. I'm not against taking this to the next level if need be. You sold me broken ****. Remember karmas a bitch. Just reimburse me for the parts to fix it and I'll be happy.

Here is a link to my post in the sales feedback section. It will be removed when the issue is solved. Or bumped up everyday to make people aware of your shady business ethics. http://hondamarketplace.com/showthread.php?t=2886707

Split the tranny open tonight and here is what it looked like. Notice all the bearings are to one side of the carrier because there is no cage sperating them. You can see chunks of the cage and all the metal shavings stuck to the magnet. Luckily none of the teeth are broken on any of the gears cause of this.

bad seller!

/thread.

glad your gears are okay. after some thought its clear that most likely the damage took place after pulling the motor and having it laying on the floor. sucks.

Dude seriously just stop talking PLEASE! You can't destroy an input shaft bearing just by pulling a motor and setting it on the floor. I honestly don't know how you got the motor out of the car after meeting you. It's a shame that you're so clueless when it comes to cars. It might make this a lot easier but either way you sold me a broken tranny that I have to pay to fix and you're not willing to offer any help with the costs I've incurred. I'll chalk it up to lesson learned and make sure that everyone on H-T knows what kinda person you are. Enjoy that $500.
BAD SELLER!
