I have a 2000 accord ex v6 with automatic transmission. Recently I noticed that when I shift from park to drive the indicator light is not lit. After a few miles it will turn on. The transmission works fine, shifts through all gears normally. It is going out cause the fluid needs changing after 10K miles. It slips slightly if I accelerate hard or hit passing gear. If i put the gear selector in any other gear, the indicator lights up properly. Could it be related to the solenoids?
