Default any1 know this plug

so i pulled carpet to check ecu and found this plug hanging on the right side.. blue plug? any1 one can i dentify why it is not plugged in?

looks like the plug I jump in my Integra to get the CEL codes. Its in the same spot too.
Jump it and see if the CEL blinks.

its used to set the timing on your car. the propper way to adjust the timing is to plug a jumper harness into there...ie a paper clip... and then adjust your timing using a timing light. it plugs into nothing otherwise

If I'm not mistaken the timing jumper should be in the engine bay. My CRX has it on the driver side by the washer fluid bottle.
