5th gen No Spark, fuel pump not kicking on.
It's a 94, so OBD1. Anyway, so I assumed the main relay, and I checked every single fuse But there's more:
Power moonroof isn't working, and the lights aren't showing up (No Check Engine lights, no flashing D4, no nothing actually.) The only light that DOES show is the headlight light when my brights are on.
A friend took the dash off my car, and I didn't see how he did it, so it took me a while to put it all back together by myself, but I finally did. And I made sure everything got plugged in, except there were two plugs on the passenger side that went to nothing. After I finally got it together, it wouldn't start. For all I know, it could be the relay AND something else, but idk what would cause some of those things to not work.
Can anyone help?

Initially, I wasn't going to touch this one with a 10 foot pole, as there are some open questions, like why was the dash taken apart in the first place?
With no Check Engine Light when you first turn the ignition to II (ON), means there is a problem with ECU. The ECU may be unplugged, ground not connected, bad, etc. (Of course, if the instrument gauge Check Engine light bulb, etc. is not blown, then the bulb won't go on.)
What do the two plugs on the passenger side look like? Color and how may terminal prongs? If it is blue and 2-P, it may be the Service Check Connector (SCS).

If the fuel pump isn't priming, hit the fuel tank while someone cranks the engine over. That should send some vibration over to kick the fuel pump on.
I was going to take the dash off to redo the color, but I HAD TO BE THE ONE TO DO IT so that I could put it back together with no problems, and I told my friend that but he didn't listen at all.
Anyway, one of the plugs is orange. I think the other is black, but I'm not positive. I can't go look at the car at this second. I'm also positive that one of them said something about ABS on a label. A friend of mine, who would know more than me, said they go to nothing, so I believed him. I didn't see anything, anywhere, for them to go to.
The ECU should have never been unplugged. Some stuff works, some doesn't. The heat/AC works, the headlights work, the car "dings" when the key is in the ignition and the door is open. I don't hear the fuel pump come on. I'll recheck everything when I get a chance.
I've checked and checked, over and over, everything on the drivers side, and EVERYTHING is plugged in. I'm hoping it's just a ground. Idk where to start looking.
