Default What is the CRX Trim piece that runs along the top of the door?

I have gone by Honda and they cannot locate the piece. It is not the inside rubber piece that the window slides into, but it is the very top piece the is connected to the door. It has a flat piece on the outside that runs down the piece where the seat-belt goes and it has 4 orange clips that clip into the metal door. And then there is a plastic piece that snaps into 3 holes and that covers the flat piece.

This is for a 1991 CRX HF.

Please help me find this piece. Whomever owned my car before ruined it and I have bought 3 of those outside black pieces now and everytime I click them in they pop back out and break. They are like 45 bucks a piece.

I believe you are talking about what is referred to as the belt molding

should be parts- right #7- 72410-SH2-A00

and left #10- 72450-SH2-A00

no it's the rubber piece that runs from the mirror to the top right of the door. It's like 5 feet long. It is the top most piece on the door.

Let me see if I can explain this a little better for the OP. Well, this is related and I know he needs this part because he told me so and showed me exactly what he needs.

Okay, Deetz (and others), you know the B pillar trim panel? The black piece that is on the rear edge of the glass on the door I mean? Here's a photo of THAT piece, but it's not what the OP wants:

Okay, so if that piece is removed you can see the piece the OP is referring to. I should have taken a photo when I saw it, but highsight, blah blah blah.

The OP needs the rubber seal that is visible when you remove the black plastic b pillar trim.

I'm trying to find it in the EPC (electronic parts catalog), but not a lot of luck, possibly because I'm not familiar with looking up 4G parts!

Perhaps this will help?

I saw it in person and it doesn't look like that. Though perhaps the illustration has less detail or looks like the older model part.

Here's basically what I can remember seeing earlier. This might not have been the entire seal though... The rubber seal is black, but I highlighted it yellow here. His b pillar trim was off the car and the white clips were still in the b pillar.

Bad Paint image, but it's all I have.

yeah deetz has it. It's either piece 5 or 10. Although the Diagrams from Honda suck, me and the guy at Honda basically determined it was that same diagram deetz posted #5 or #10 but Honda no longer makes those. Looks like I will have to go to a junkyard if I cannot find a new piece.
