Once the needle gets to a1\4 of gas car bogs between 3n4 rpms, I did engine wrk to it n is now a high compression block any ideas would I need a bigger fuel pump engine is a d16a6 on a 92eg.

Well head is completely stock just freshly redone all oem block was bored .50 thousands has nippon jdm zc pistons wit b20 rods, will be doin a vtec head swap in bout couple of weeks but came upon this crazy problem.
