Default Wheel choice help

Hello all,

Currently have Rota J Specials size 195/50-15. Being that I bent a rim, Im gonna go ahead and get some new wheels either 16 or 17inch. So far I've looked at 17inch O.Z racing Energy wheels and 16inch royal red with polished lip Rota Gt3. Any suggestions on these wheels or any other sick wheels I should take a look at? Keep in mind i'm on a budget. I'll post some pics of my current wheels.

threads probably going to get locked but I would stay with 15 or 16 at the biggest. 15 has better tires available. go with something light weight such as rota slips or enkei rpf1, etc. and use summer tires if you can.

Yup. Since you already bent a 15" rim, it's probably a bad idea to be considering larger diameter wheels, whose tires will be that much more susceptible to damage from potholes.

ill let this slide....but to be honest just buy rims that YOU think are worth buying and that YOU feel look good on YOUr car.

also, i agree w. the rest: either stick with 15" and/or if you go with 16" you will be having a smaller aspect ratio ie 45 series which will be more prone to bend on pot holes and terrible road conditions.

Yeah, I definitely don't want to have to worry about bent rims anymore, so I leaning more towards a smaller diameter. Any suggestions on some sick wheels. The enkei rpf1's are very nice, but im trying to pay no more then wheel & tire shipped at $900 and the rota slips look too much like the rims I already have.

I decided I'm going to buy the "16" Rota Gt3's, just trying to decide on the Red one's or the Green ones

15" or 16" BBS RS's make any car look good!
