smells like poop...
i had my custom pipein done about a couple of weeks ago...n now, well i just notice it, while the car is running the exhust smells like ****..like its a gas kinda smell...n i just got a new use distributor on my moter....soo i think its cause my timing off...

Step 1: Sell your car, and use the money for Step #2...
Step 2: Go back to 3rd grade and learn the english language, there are thing's called punctuation & grammar.
If your exhaust smells like fuel, then you're running rich. Check your timing - new ignition components would'nt hurt either (plugs, wires). If that still doesn't do anything, a new O2 sensor and maybe even a new catalytic convertor should be in order...(considering your motor is mostly stock)

Okay okay... Sorry. It just bugs me that's all.

well thanks it wasn't a big deal...i just have a hard time and all...well i got the bosh platium plus fours(how ever u spell them), and i been using them for about 2,000 miles or alittle more...i got a lot much to spend but from my accident it mess up my set up and every thign i got i got to work for....well i went for go n for show...n still got some little things to get done...
-i got about 195,000 miles on my car. get the head done for free from my teacher from school...i was thinking of getting cam gears and soo on...n e one got n e tips on wat should i do?...i wanana super charge my car in the futrue...
-oh yea any one trying to have a ef meet up? in va/dc/md...don't see muchef hooked up around here....except rice out ones with stickers all over it......

Okay, for the plugs DON'T use Bosch!
Definitely use the Honda recommended ones! NGK! Just head to checker/autozone and tell them which car you have - ask for the NGK plugs.
The Bosch Platinum +4's run very very cold, these are the worst plugs you can get for a stock A6 motor.

Your cat may be on it's way out or your engine may be running at to higher fuel mixer (e.g. your o2 sensor may have picked up or you not firing on all 4 check HT leads and plus dizy ect)
