Hi;

I have a 96 Accord with a v6 2.7 engine. When it is cold it starts up with no problem. After it warms up, it will stall and not restart. When it stalls, I am loosing spark. Is there a common problem with these?

Sure sounds like the ICM. I would suggest testing that first. Then I look at the coil.
