Ok well im thinkin bout picking up 94 Civic with a d16z6. I can pick it up for about 250 but the only thing wrong is that the timing belt wore threw the side of the cover and also the Harmonic Balance fell off. timing belt kinda just hanging there now? Worth gettin or what??

 

Yeah. But you might want to find out how the belt ate though the cover and how stuff just fell off the car. That's totally abnormal. Might be indicative of non-visible issues.

 

Something seems fishy. Belt is off, dangling. Pulley came loose.
I wouldn't buy it unless I could inspect the head off the block.
