Default B16a2 problem, possible blown motor??

have a b16a2 that wont start. The dizzy was bad so i replaced it and now the car starts but sounds hella bad. i checked and started pulling out the spark plug wires and i noticed that when i pulled the cylinder #1 wire nothing changed. instead of the usual change in idle. There was no power in cylinder 1. i checked the for a spark in the wire and it had spark and i checked the 12 volts in the injector and fuel delivery was there and that checked out alright. which brings me to this conclusion.

either 1. the piston rings are bad or a valve or something in cylinder 1.

or 2. a possible timing belt jump??

wat do you think?

Are the plug wires installed in the correct firing order. If so, check the mechanical timing and then compression test the cylinders.

have you inspected the timing belt?

im currently broke down too and had some similar results.
i thought i had a ignition coil go out or something else. turned out i had a timing belt break teeth and slip, bent a few valves

Could be a bad ecu you will have power at the Injector plug on the positive side cuz they are ran of off ignation circuit. The ecu itself controls the ground side for the Of the circuit. Try another ecu I bet the circuit in the ecu that controles the number 1 fuel injector is fryed. But as other people said try a compression test to see if you got compression in cylinder number 1 if you do try another ecu....
