Hey guys i have a little problem figuring out where my car is leaking from. I had the typical tail light gaskets leaking and fixed that, and thought i had fixed the water leak. Turns out there is another leak somewhere letting water run into my carpet behind the drivers seat. Anyone else ever have a problem like this?

PS: ive searched and only found tail light gaskets leaking and passenger heater cores leaking.

 

how are your window seals? does the water come in while you are driving or while it is sitting

 

My old grand am used to leak, and I poured water down my windshield to see where it was entering from.

You will probably have to remove your carpet if you have not yet.

 

I notice noticed the leak after the heavy rain we've had here in socal a few weeks ago while i was parked outside. I havent pulled my carpet yet but im thinking about doing so if i cant find out where its coming from. I was thinking it might be a bad window seal also
