Default Sputtering

Ite so i hav a 91 crx stock 1.5 dual carb. recently it got some kind of sputter like its misfiring or something but replaced all the spark plugs, wires, distributor and rotor button. and now its gotten even worse and will even die if i let it sit running while in park. Tha wierd thing is that if i put it in drive(automatic) and just sit or drive it theres no sputter.....

I have a similar problem, if not the same problem with my 87 civic. I think its the carb, going to take it to the shop to have it checked, and possibly re-build it

Clean the carb. Does it sound like the motor is bogging out from too much fuel or not getting enough and sputtering. Your carb could be leaking and dumping too much fuel in causing it to bog out.
