Also have a 99 B16A Longblock Freshly rebuilt with 0 miles 1500OBO

Has all aftermarket parts for the rebuilt
but will be a complete longblock from oil pan to valve cover and a bare intake manifold
this block is 81.5 mm

Yes, it's an OEM LIP, Lip has to be picked up for 125 Shipping for the lip is to much.
