hey guys on Honda tech, this ****er Dak123EG6 said he will be shipping out some ek brackets and b16 tapped oil pan. He told me to send him the money and send it as personal because that is "he didnt want to pay taxes." This is where i ****ed up. because i was so ****in happy to put my type s seats wasnt really thinkin about if i paid him this way he can scam me. to tell u the truth i am thinking about seriosly giving this person what he deserves. i just called my bank and disputed it and they said they will call him and money was sent back to my bank temporarily until they actually investigate fully.

Paypal wouldnt do **** b.c it was sent out personal...

Yeah, not too sure about the murder part. I also wouldn't send anyone payment as a "gift" unless they were a senior member with an extensive, positive selling history.

I'm sorry to hear about your situation though. $100 is a good amount of cash to lose, but at least it wasn't more you know? A somewhat pricey life lesson learned for next time. Hopefully the seller man's up

BTW, paypal will NEVER do anything unless the item was purchased via eBay from my past experiences. I got f*cked on a trans from scspeed on here before and luckily he somewhat settled when paypal wouldn't do a thing.

 

i concur with this statement, i have paid with personal"gift" or "payment owed" option, always have gotten my **** from people. there are 2 people i have yet to recieve parts from, but one said they would refund me my money if the part never came through. the other person(captianamerica0) has yet to get back in contact with me(for a 15 dollar part no biggie). but like i said, maybe its just cause im on here so much and i dont bullshit with people.
