WW RS sideskirts install question!

WW RS sideskirts install question!
for the wings west RS sideskirts for prelude 92-96, do i have use the stock sideskirts and then add on the additional WW sides? or just take out the stock sides and then put on the new WW sides? anyone installed these by urself? lemme know thanks!

i sprayed paint them! 
they look exactly like the color of the whole car body, u can't even tell. the only wierd thing is its not exactly as shiny. i can't find the special clear coat for sale anywhere. clear i tried: dupli and kryon. thanks, i think i just need to put on a different screw high up the fender wall and it should be ok.
