95 Accord Cruise Control Issue

95 Accord Cruise Control Issue
My cruise on my 95 Accord isn't working properly. Sometimes When I start my car, the cruise light will automatically come and stay on. Which means I can't set my cruise. There are times where the light will not come on and then I can set my cruise. If it doesn't come on, if I drive for awhile, the cruise light will randomly come on even if I switch the cruise button on and off. What could be wrong?
