Will any 14 inch OEM steel wheels fit over 10.2 inch EX rotors?
Hi, I have 1990-1991 Civic EX knuckles and 10.2 rotors on my CRX and want to put on steel wheels with wheel covers. (Going incognito to avoid thieves.)
I was searching, but couldn't really find an answer if all 14 inch steel wheels will clear the rotors. I know some must, since 1990-2001 Civic EX models came with 14 inch steel wheels. I am trying to pick some up used and cheap and sometimes the sellers don't know which model they came from.

yeah. steelies are fine.
on a lot of alloy wheels, including OEM ones, the brake caliper "bridge" can interfere with the corner of the inside face of the wheel. you may need to clear out some material.
wes' page describes the procedure.

that's good news, and thanks for the link! I may just grind down the caliper "bridge" so that I can put the OEM CRX Si 14 inch alloy wheels on.
