So I have a EJ2, her name is Redemption.

Anyway I've got big plans for here.
Exterior: JDM Amber corners, JDM fender lights, JDM window visors, JDM tail lights, JDM front lip
Interior: Amber clock, amber climate control, amber defroster button, black headliner, black carpet
Suspension: Megan racing coilovers, front and rear camber kits, lower controls arms, strut bar

My question is what would be a good engine for a daily driven car, I want it to be quick, but not undrivable.
K, j, b18c, b18c1, and b18c5 are out of the question.
So its gonna be a LS, a SOHC, or maybe a H.
Opinions?
