Anyone got a set of 4 steelies that are 13" laying about?

I need a set to put on my project car to move out of the way when necessary. Doesnt need to be anything special, just cheap....

Im in NY, about 20 minutes north of NYC so local would be better, but willing to drive to NJ and PA as long as its for a good price.

My bro is most likely swapping some 14's on his car tomorrow, if he does, he'll have a full set of 13's. Only thing is tires are ****, and one has a hole. I can double check with him if you are interested.
