Hello I did a engine and cabin harness swap on my 89 dx hatch put in a 91 hf harness question im havin is there a way that i can keep my hazard light switch on my steerin colum by extendin wires and is there a wiring schematic some might have? and also wih light dimmer? I also changed the whole rear harness. and now my fuel gauge is showin i have a full tank when i had only half and the floater worked before need help ill post pics tommorow if someone can help car is almost done just need these lil things to put interior in if someone can help me by tonight ima keep browsin around thanks in advanced!!

 

Well I put an HF harness (89) into my Dx (also 89) and I was able to keep my hazardsand cluster brightness/dimmer. What kind of cluster are you using because to use my 88 si cluster I just had to switch one wire and before I did that my engine temp. gauge would go all the way hot when cold started. Both your dimmer and hazards should already be there but if you have something shorted out then it can make your cluster go all haywire.

 

Im using the 91 cluster and i got the hazard plugs to hazards work now but wen i turn them on it makes my temp go all the way up and wen i tirn on my lights with the hazard light it makes my rpm meter jump up and down i think im just gona put my dx harness back on and convert it like i had it the first time im gettin frustrated car start runs good just the inside is all stupid and plus i cant find the dam break light switch wiring on this harness so my break lights dont work it has no cut wires or nothin
