where is the abs module on 96 si lude?

where is the abs module on 96 si lude?
I need to change this out but cant find it anywhere, anyone have experience changing this out? how do I get to it? thanks alot in advance,

no just pop the plastic panel off right beneath the rear passenger window and it sits right there....I just unplugged mine as the abs acts up on these nonstop...
