Default 92 Accord coolant issues

Ok, ive been dealing with this damn problem since ive owned this car, about 6 months, and I still cant fix it. Heres a little background first:

Since the end of 2008, all this has been replaced:

-radiator
-Honda thermostat (replaced 2010)
-upper and lower radiator hoses
-fan switch
-coolant temp sensor
-Honda water pump (replaced 2010)
-swapped coolant caps off another accord
-Honda headgasket (replaced 2010)

The coolant temp gauge will occasionally rise 4/5ths the way up, usually when I come to a stop only, if I dont have the heat on. As soon as I start driving, within 5 seconds the gauge goes back to normal temp.
The fans come on if I let it idle, the gauge will read 4/5ths, the fans come on, then it drops to halfway on the gauge within seconds.
The lower hose is never hot to touch, i cant hold the upper for more than a second.
While driving and 95% of the time, the temp gauge shows just below halfway.
Ive had 2 different infared temp sensors check the temp at the fan switch housing while it showed 4/5ths, it was usually around 200 degrees.
Never burned coolant, never overflowed coolant. Until the other day.
Nothing different has happened, and the other day, i noticed coolant dripping off the bottom of the radiator, I pulled the shield and checked it when I got home, it was already dry, and the coolant bottle was almost empty.
From what I can see, there is no leak.

WHAT THE **** IS WRONG WITH MY DAMN ACCORD

I am getting sooooo fed up with this Im ready to sell it, but I dont want to because it is so clean, I dont have the resources to swap a motor by myself if need be, and I need my car everyday.

I need help.

it's possible that the thermostat was installed backwards. did you do the install?

definitely not, I know what I am doing, I did it myself, the previous owner had an aftermarket one installed, I also thought that might be the problem, so I bought a honda one and put it in myself, its almost impossible to install the thermostat backwards you need to line up the notches

and I found the source of my coolant leak, the aftermarket radiator that is a year old is leaking, I can see a wet dark spot almost at the bottom of the radiator
