These springs are stiffer than '04-06 TL Base springs (which are stiffer than '07-08 TL Base springs), but do not lower the car. I bought these springs as a package with TL Type-S struts/shocks but decided to pick up some Eibach Pro-Kit springs instead. I was told the parts had only 8k miles on them when they were removed (they're a little dusty/dirty but nothing that affects performance). Once they're installed they could be scrubbed down and they'll look new again
