Default Type R LSD in a GSR Tranny

Does anyone know if a limited slip differential (LSD) from a type r will work in a GSR tranny? Has anyone done this? Is it worth it because they are pretty damn expensive?

bolts right in. is it worth it, my opinion not really in the 1/4 some will disagree. outta the corners DEFINITELY. i pulled just of good of 60fts w/o LSD as i did with. corners need LSD though.
