no 3rd gear

my itr trans was rebuilt less than 5000 km's ago and from about 3k it started to grind and now i dont have 3rd at all. will not go in what so ever. have all other gears, 4th is a little stiff going in but otherwise works. shift fork?

no, new bearings, synchros, possibly new hub assembly, and new gear(s) and shift fork....
