Help With 5lug conversion eg

Ok guys i got a jdm crv front 5 lug conversion from my eg.For the back could i make up something ?Help plz

Purchase ITR rear is the option that I can think of, do a member search for BrakeExpert. He had alot of info on brake conversations. I hope this help.
