here is my setup im working with just trying to see what kind of number im looking to make on motor. im looking to change up my cams and go with Blox type-B or Crower Stage 2 or 3 cams. just looking for advice on the cams and what window range of HP the setup will make on motor. because it will be sprayed on 100shot on nitrous and hoping to make 300 or higher. but take a look at what i got and give me input on the cams. also the type-s cams are for sale.

Everyone here will tell you that skunk2 pro series cams, big exhaust and at least 11.0 compression is necessary to get around to 220whp. B series trans will help. 250 from an NA honda is extreme. Race car kind of numbers from what I've seen.

You should consider getting rid of the 2.5 inch exhaust for some 3 inch. One great place to start would be the all-motor dyno thread, take a gander and you'll get an idea.

x3 with nah3b (randy). Deff go with the pro 1's, dont waste your time going any other route. I believe the b series trans deff improves the hp rating of this motor so yes on stock h22 trans its going to be hard. I made 233whp on my stock block h22. I had a rmf h2b header, rc 440's, stock im with port, 68mm tb, 3"intake with velocity stack, 3" exhaust, skunk2 pro 1's and skunk 2 pro vt. Goodluck with it!

i would start w/ a h2b conversion and you should be @ 230whp w/ what you already have and gain .5 second et.

if you want to keep the h trans then i would go w/ skunk2 pro1s and swap out the crower valvetrain for skunk2 as well. also need to see what your header and intake manifold looks like since it will play a big part in making that power w/ an h trans on a stock bottom end.

This is something for the marketplace. Not the technical forum.

You can also list that in your signature.
