Default ABS And Cruise Control

Just bought this 95 accord ex it runs pretty good but i have a few questions about it so any help would be great!

1: ABS light comes on after driving for maybe 300-400 FT, i hear the relay click right before the light comes on

2: Cruise control - when i push the button it turns on the light on the cc switch, When i hit the button to hold speed sometimes the dash light will come on saying that its engaged sometimes it wont, However it will not hold speed, ive checked all of the vacuum lines and there all good.

3: once in a while after driving the CEL comes on, however i cannot find the green molex plug to do a jumper and find it, the CEL goes off after i turn the vehicle off then after turning it back on and driving it will Sometimes come back on... There is a exhaust leak where the top part of the exhaust manifold attaches to the bottom portion of the exhaust manifold, so i kinda think its just the o2 sensor?

Any and all help would be nice, more details on car below

I can tell you a little bit about the ABS light. After you start your car, you porbably hear a huming sound from the ABS pump right under the hood (mine is on the passenger side). Once the sound stops, indicating that the pressure is at level. But as soon as you pull out, gaining speed to about 15 mph, a slight clicking sound, then the ABS light would come on. My problem was and still is (I didn't fix it), one of the 4 sensors failed (mine is the rear driver side). You can take the car to your mechanic and have a quick scan to find out for sure.

I didn't fix it because these sensors are expensive (over $100 even on Ebay). So, I don't have anti-lock brake for my 96 EX. It doen't affect EPA testing one bit. You can try cleaning the sensors. I tried but no avail.

So does the abs light cause the Cruise Control to not work?

1: Mine does this too, and i just pulled the code a few days ago. Its most likely a wheel speed sensor if it doesn't come on until the car is moving. but pull the code to make sure. The plug your looking for is blue, not green, and its under the dash on the passanger side. right about in the middle. ABS codes are different than CEL codes. so instead of long and short blinks you will get two sets of short blinks. 4 blinks followed by a short pause and then 8 blinks would be a code 4-8 for example

3: When you jump the plug you'll get both ABS and CEL codes to blink at the same time.
