Car was considered "abandoned" by police and towed
Tow truck driver wrapped chain around bumper cover to pull car out, ripped lower portion
Got lucky, no other damage ......and that I waited to put OEM fogs on
If Idiot looked a little lower he would have found tow-hooks (probably did after .....oops!)
Now I think I will invest in one of those bright red PCI tow-hooks!

Scuffs and scratches OK
Will consider minor crack as long as the lower portion is good
Well-fitted lip will be a + and will get more $
