Making a turbo kit unlike any I have before. I have a t4 based turbo. Going to feed a single sch40 pipe to it. What OD is best? I see the t4 inlet flange dimensions are 1.98" X 2.98". So would a 2.5" OD pipe be best after I crush/form it to fit the rectangular flange?
Thanks

If you are going sch40 I would use 3".
I used 3"OD .065 wall on a t4 flange and it came to be pretty close to the flange cutout. The tube was a little bit bigger than the cutout still. With sch40 you should be really close I would think.
I measured the flange opening as well just to be sure, and it is a little under 2" x 3".
Pics are off of a phone.....I don't have a good camera. You should be able to make out most of it.
