Just google te37tf, a bunch of sites from Thailand and other places come up, not one official rays, or macckin ind. site pulls up, where did you get these?

no doubt there are a lot of speculations...but i have yet to find a fake company or have prook there fake...i emailed rays company and they told me they were made in japan and for miatas...this is speculation too but i have never seen these so...find me another set like these with the real name

The ones for Miatas are the TE37V, also search for MTE37 and compare the pictures.
