first thing use the search and google to find your answer its been covered time after time
but since you cant seem to figure that out you can use the intake manifold header everything from the si engine can be transferred to the new engine use same engine wiring harness and ecu if you would like but since its vtec you will also have to run vtec solenoid wire and you can tap the pressure sensor wire into the solenoid wire.. if you use the stock harness which is preferred you will need to re pin the distributor or by a jumper harness. its a easy swap and could be done easily in 4 hours..
but please next time SEARCH before you post.

you have the parts it seems just put the thing together...use the wiring guide that came with your conversion harness. use your engine harness that goes with the car. youll only need to change a few plugs (add the 4wire o2 plug, change plug and extend the fan switch to the thermostat housing)
