where can I buy a replacement License plate light

I only have 1 of 2 license plate lights on my 99 civic DX, I can only find bulbs for them and not the entire piece. Any help?

#8 in the diagram I believe is what your looking for, if it's for a coupe.

I use them a lot for my hard-to-find parts, good source. Shipping is a little expensive so I try to buy as much as I need from them in 1 shot.
