havent messed with anything much. but i am putting some parts on an eg to get it running.
got the dizzy on, radiator, and such.
put the battery in and wired up the negative. went to put on postive and the battery fuse blew. i notice there is the wire coming from the underhood fuse box, and another wire that leads away from the battery?
any help? im stumped? not a newb to the hondas, but this really has me confused.

 

Do you have the battery connectors reversed?

 

You should put the negative on last, not first.

this is what i had been looking for. which one needs to go to the battery and so fourth.

 

got everything put on. fluids in, and header put on.
tried to start it, and the motor turns, but doesnt start.
could it be with the wires that i was asking about earlier??
