Default Lightened underdrive crank pulley experiences

Looking for actual experiences with lightened underdrive pulleys - no "my friend had one and it wiped out his engine" need input....thanks!

I've had a UR underdrive crank pulley on my Prelude for 6 years now with zero issues....daily driver car.

Well for starters, unless you know what youre doing you probably dont have the tools to take off the oem pulley.

If you have an Amplifier for audio, you have to consider this. The alternator is now outputting less power.

Is the weight savings really worth it on a chunky accord with an old motor?

I asked for actual experiences good or bad....not if my motor was old or if I have an amp or the tools to replace the pulley.

U/R Crank underdrive/lightweight pulley, as well as power steering and alternator underdrive pullies - zero issues, 5 years on 2001 Accord J30A1.

Just recently swapped in a J35 and used the same pullies. No probs.

Good bang for the buck.
