i wanna do it pretty badly to i think you would use awd crv trans with the awd wagons rear differential and the hubs pretty much everything in the back, and maybe a custom drive shaft idk for sure, but i was curious bout doing it to a crx but i think it doesnt work the same

If you want awd buy awd. Have a 1g dsm and its nice but gets old really fast in the handling department

you can mount a b motor to a d trans.... it can certainly be done with a wagon or a crv.

yes you can. it's called a b2d trannie swap. (adapter plate to run a b series engine on a d series tranny)

and yes it does cause op has a turbo lsvtec. so in saying this, op should look for a crv trannie, and a crv rear diff, or wagon diff (which is what op was thinking but decided not to tell us and made us want to read op's mind)

yes, then it doesn't.

but the way op brought up the subject, vague and no real detail on what he was planning, the first response would be no, the awd system from the awd civic wagon, will not work.

i seen a guy do this he welded up a mount for the rear diff and extra support, took wagon trailing arms and civic trailing arm cut the front half off the wagon arms the welded the front half from civc on because the front mounts differ, take the wagon driveline have it cut to size and use a crv awd tranny, this has ben covered so many times yet so many people still think it cant be done
