Hi guys,
I have a honda accord 99 ex-l fully loaded manual transmission. Interior leather but the heated seat does not work and first week when i bought it i completely removed the inside carpet of the car to clean it a bit and to figure out if i had the heated seats wires, wich i did. Then the second diagnostic was to check my fusebox(underhood) and on the fusebox there was no place for the heated seats. So one day i went to the scrap yard and asked for a fuse box came home and changed it hoping that it's gonna work but i did'nt. I have all the harness between the switch even the harnesses that goes under the seats for the elements i just changed the fusebox and im kinda confused can someone help me by posting an answer to me ???

btw: i'm about to verify if there's power coming to the harness, if not what should i do ??
