I really like this '07 honda civic with 37k miles on it. The color is gold. First of all, do you think this would be a good first car? It has to be dependable and safe. Especially good at handling in the winter.

But my main question is can I add those cool blue lights (interior illumination feature) to the car after I buy it? Would It be hard to do?

 

It is a good first car. It will be both dependable and safe. It will be great in the winter with some good snow tires.
