Gc Spring rates for my Ej

I was wanting some input on spring rates for my coupe. its going to be strictly a dd but i do like spirited driving. what would you recommend?

Call GC and tell them what you plan to do with the car and they can recommend spring rates for you.

If I were to get GC's again on my Integra I would go with 400f and 300 or even 250 rear.
